You ask…what’s up with the name? Pineapples & Pinecones began as a Destination Management Company having deep roots in the Hawaiian Islands and the “Island” of Bend, Oregon. You walk thru Bend and hear “Hawaii” on the lips of every passerby…surfing, white sand beaches, azure blue water, verdant mountains and a love of an active vacation.  In turn, Bend has 300 days of sunshine, a love of the summer and winter activities, and a diverse culinary experience and lifestyle that is equally matched with Hawaii.

While we still live between Oregon & Hawaii and continue to offer the "best of the best" in these two destinations, we have branched out to offer TRAVEL SERVICES WORLDWIDE.

Heidi Delery is a professional Travel Consultant, specializing in making family vacations come true!   She uses her expertise in everything Disney, Disney Resorts and Parks, Epcot, and Disney Cruises worldwide to plan a “magical” vacation experience for you and your family.

Heidi is Bend, Oregon based,  but grew up in Anaheim, CA where her love for Disney began.  Heidi’s first-hand insider knowledge and know-how will help you navigate the complexities of Disney, allowing you to make the best use of your time thru each park and destination.  

Heidi joined Pineapples and Pinecones Travel in 2019, and is a wife and mom to two children, who already have a bucket-list of places to travel!

Kealani (meaning “White Heaven” in Hawaiian), has resided in Maui for most of her life and has worked with Pineapples & Pinecones / Elegant Harbors & Havens for 16 years. Beginning as a Tour Hostess for our company, she rapidly advanced to Assistant to the President, and after Industry Classes and extensive travel, she then proceeded into a Travel Consultant position. Her expertise is in Hawaii, Tahiti, and European Cruises.  Kealani moved from Hawaii in 2021 and now resides in Erie, Pennsylvania, with her husband, Chris, and two teenage children. Her expansive knowledge and upbeat personality will enhance anyone’s vacation planning experience.

Denise Claydon, Hawaiian Tour Guide

Denise is a Hawaiian Tour Guide for Pineapples & Pinecones / Elegant Harbors and Havens.  She has been with us for over 20 years as a tour hostess and is a lovely addition to our Hawaiian operations. Denise resides in Lahaina, Hawaii with her husband Mark, and continuously on the move…she is a Hula dancer in a Hawaiian Hula Halau. Joni Beaver, Tour Hostess

Joni is a wonderful asset to our company as a tour hostess.  Joni is a detailed administrator, gives attention to every detail, and is a hostess for any organization looking to enhance their program in Hawaii. She has been an asset to our company since 2007.  We call her Miss Sunshine, due to her sunny nature and her love for the ISLANDS.

Gene Norton

Gene has been with Pineapples & Pinecones since 1995.  He has worked for several PGA Tournaments in Hawaii and is a professional fly fisherman with Orvis credentials.  He escorts groups to exotic destinations, such as Hawaii, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, Alaska, Mexico, and South America, or, in North America, to Yellowstone National Park, The Tetons, Virginia, Montana, or Oregon.  This combination of Golf & Fishing has led him to open Fish & Chips Sporting Adventures under the umbrella of Pineapples & Pinecones Travel.
